Many ask how I support school districts to accelerate student learning. Significant increases will happen when educators are serious about implementing key actions. The bottom line is that high effect size strategies and programs need to go through a rigorous comprehensive coaching process, and administration MUST hold adults accountable to implement these actions to the highest standard. Providing explicit feedback is a must other wise the power of your intention fades quickly. I want to partner with educators who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do what's right. Secretary of Education, Puerto Rico Eliezer Ramos Parés serves as the Secretary of Education of Puerto Rico. Appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate, he leads the Puerto Rico Department of Education (PRDE), focusing on initiatives such as coordinating with federal authorities on funding and improving education infrastructure. I am presenting at his conference.

It is amazing that so many educational leaders do not see the need for Collective Efficacy to accelerate learning. Every school should focus on creating a success oriented learning environment. Collective Efficacy is not one more thing! It’s one of my favorite key topics to present and coach.
