Dear Parents,

We want to inform you that Excel will be closed on Friday, October 11th, for cleanup efforts following Hurricane Milton. We will reopen on Monday, October 14th.

Our thoughts are with all of you during this time, whether you evacuated or stayed home. We hope everyone is safe and weathered this storm.

Please also remember that Monday is Picture Day! We’re looking forward to capturing these special moments.

The portraits of your students will be made accessible for your convenience approximately 72 hours subsequent to your school's designated picture day event. Excel Parents: Please remember we follow the Pinellas County Schools for Emergency Closures.
"At this time, Pinellas County Schools will be OPEN for normal operations on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. All sports and school-related activities will occur as normal.
The school district is communicating regularly with Pinellas County Emergency Management to stay apprised of the forecast and any impact it may have on our district."
