It was a packed house at our PHMS Night of Excellence Ceremony last evening as we celebrated the outstanding achievements of our 8th graders in academics and citizenship and their promotion to the next level ! 🎓✨

The evening was filled with so many special moments — from student recognitions and awards to heartfelt celebrations that made the night truly unforgettable. 💛

We are so proud of all our Panthers have accomplished during their time at PHMS and cannot wait to see all they achieve in high school and beyond. Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🖤💛

We are nearly ready to let our 8th graders ROAR up to High School! This Wednesday, we encourage all of our Panthers to show their spirit for their NEW SCHOOL!

Remember that during exam week 8th grade students will be turning in their laptops and chargers, all library books and other texts. Teachers will provide paper based exams. Please keep your bags within the size limit!

Our 8th grade Yearbook Signing Party was a huge success! 🖤💛📚🎶

Students loved the 2026 yearbook, the music, the food, and the opportunity to spend time with friends while sharing memories from the 2025–2026 school year.

We would like to recognize and thank the student members of the yearbook staff for all of their hard work, creativity, and dedication throughout the year. Your efforts helped capture the memories and moments that made this school year so special for our Panthers! 💛🖤

On May 15th, our PHMS staff came together to raise awareness for ocular melanoma by participating in . 💙🎗️👁️

Ocular melanoma is a rare but serious form of eye cancer that often affects the middle layer of the eye, known as the uvea. Through this effort, we hope to bring awareness to this condition while also showing encouragement, support, and solidarity for one of our own staff members.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped spread awareness while supporting a valued member of our Panther family. We love you Mr. Penn! 💙🐾
