Yoga, because that sh*t feels good. Mobile & Onsite classes for everyBODY. Teaching Yoga since 2004, I recognize the need for variety within the yoga community.
So many shy away with assumptions of, 'I'm not strong enough, flexible enough", etc. Or "yoga is boring, it's too 'granola' ". I am here to break that mold. Yoga is for everyBODY, we are not the norm. Class should brings smiles, laughter, and a sense of peace. We should leave our mats feeling humbled, but stronger. Our practice on our mats, laughter and all- becomes a metaphor for how we live OFF

๐ Happy Pride Month from Low Tide Yoga ๐
This month, we celebrate the beautiful diversity of our community and reaffirm that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, safe, and welcome.
As yogis, we practice compassion, kindness, and respectโnot just toward those who share our views, but toward all beings. We may not always agree, but we can choose understanding over judgment, curiosity over fear, and love over division.
If you have ever asked yourself.. โBut why donโt we have a straight Pride month?โ..please do some research on the importance of the Stonewall uprising of 1969, and figures such as Marsha P. Johnson. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Education = understanding โ
May we continue to build a community rooted in acceptance, courage, and kindness.

The upcoming full moon .. the Blue moon - feels less like โgo go goโ energy and more like a cosmic exhale. ๐โจ
This is a reminder to slow down long enough to hear yourself. ๐

Simple ways to prepare for full moon energy this week:
โข light a candle with intention
โข spend a few minutes outside under the moonlight
โข take a salt bath or ocean dip
โข pull a tarot/oracle card- keep a journal !
โข write down what youโre ready to release- and also write down your day to day a**l wins! Pay attention to your progress and cop for yourself.
โข move your body intentionally- dance it out !
โข clean your space = clear your energy
Magic doesnโt have to be elaborate. Sometimes itโs just choosing presence and intention . ๐๐ฎ
