Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout that targets muscles you wouldn’t normally reach—those deep inside your body that squats, lunges, and sit-ups don’t hit. Using high reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles and build strength.
Originally developed by a ballerina recovering from injury, this workout blends ballet-inspired moves with strength training—no ballet experience required.

Her precision, poise, and a professional understanding of movement certainly bring the burn! And she’s left us all feeling worked while busily growing a little peanut! 🩵 👶🏼

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, soften, and settle into stillness. 🪷
This slow-paced practice incorporates principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and encourages postures (asanas) to be held for longer periods of time—often three to five minutes or more. As the body gently releases into each shape, the deeper layers of fascia are targeted, and subtle energy channels—known as meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in Hatha yoga—are gently stimulated to support balance and well-being.
Yin offers a quiet, introspective space to rest, restore, and reconnect—making it a beautiful complement to more active forms of movement.
Suitable for all levels. Just bring your breath and allow yourself to unwind. ☀️

I used to think that teaching mindfulness meant explaining it.
That if I could just find the right words,
people would understand its value and want to practice.
But over the years...
I’ve learned that mindfulness isn’t something we convince others to try,
it’s something we live.
People don’t need lectures.
They don’t need perfect definitions or complicated philosophies.
What they need is a real, human example
of what mindfulness looks like in everyday life.
✨ Instead of telling someone to meditate, simply share what’s helped you.
✨ Instead of using complex terms, speak in a way that feels natural.
✨ Instead of expecting others to "get it" right away, meet them where they are—with patience and understanding.
Most importantly, let your actions speak.
When you embody mindfulness...
when you truly live it...
others will feel it.
And that, more than any words,
is what inspires people to explore it for themselves.

200 hour Yoga Teacher Training!
September 2025 - December 2025
This training is about discovering the wisdom you already hold, finding your voice to share that with the world, and navigating the rasa leela (great dance) of life. Yoga teacher training isn’t just about learning how to teach movements to students—it’s about learning how to observe yourself, learn from your experiences, and live your truth. You’ll explore how to create a safe, nurturing, yet vigorous yoga class that inspires your students and awakens a deep appreciation for the transformational potential of these practices. While the focus is on learning to teach, this training also includes cultivating a strong personal practice, sharing dharma, chanting, and meditation, improving sequencing and assisting, and deepening your understanding of the original intent of yoga. The 200-hour training offers a framework for teaching, an introduction to Yogic philosophy, and a guide for living the Yogic lifestyle.
