Gold Key recipients will go on to the national level in NYC at Carnegie Hall in June! Dasha Demeshkin, Washington D.C., acrylic painting; Gold Award/Julia Chemisov, Refracted Hallucinations, graphite drawing; Gold Award/Dashi Densana, Mirror of Accountability, oil painting; Gold Award/ Jennifer Zheng, A Second Home, acrylic painting; Silver Award/ Eva Aadil, Again and Again, colored pencil; Silver Award Thank you for your leadership Ms. Swisher, Mr. Huse and Mr. Smith.

We are so to announce that PHUHS was represented well at the Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Art's Scholarship Ceremony! Congratulations to Naveen Yengera (literary arts) and Hannah Bruce (dance) on being scholarship recipients! PHUHS was the only school with two honorees!

Since 2008, the Charlie Hounchell Art Stars Scholarship program has awarded more than $315,000 in tuition assistance to over 106 talented Tampa Bay students pursuing excellence in the arts.
