Montessori School of the Desert is a state licensed, private childcare facility serving children from 18 months to 3rd grade levels. We provide small classes, individualized instruction and extracurricular activities. The Montessori environment is a structured and disciplined academic and social environment. The Montessori method is an approach to education developed in the early 1900's by Dr. Maria Montessori, to carefully nurture children from age 2 through high school. Between ages 2-6, a child absorbs far more than most people can imagine, grasping difficult concepts and understanding them at an amazing rate. This is the period of a child's life when Montessori education lays the foundation for enthusiastic learning that carries through to each successive rung of the academic ladder.

Tomorrow morning, June 5th at 10:00am sharp, our school program begins on the stage at the Joslyn Senior Center in Palm Desert! So excited to see our families and their faces when they see their lovely children!
