MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS
Many men are taught to stay strong, keep moving, and carry the weight on their own. But strength isn't about suffering in silence.
Real strength is being honest when you're struggling. It's asking for help when you need it. It's choosing to keep going, even when the road feels heavy.
Mental health challenges don't make you weak. They make you human.
If you're facing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed, know that you're not alone. There is support, there is hope, and there are people who care.
Progress doesn't have to be perfect. Every step forward matters.
At California Indian Nations College, we are committed to supporting the well-being of our students. Mental health services are available at no cost to enrolled students.
βBreaking the silence is where real strength beginsβ
