🤟✨Voices Off, Connection On at Shadow Hills High School!✨🤟

On March 20, our ASL and Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students at Shadow Hills High School hosted "Deaf World,"an immersive, student-led experience that gave participants a glimpse into life from a Deaf perspective.

From learning about basic sign language, to engaging in interactive simulations, students, families, and community members explored the power of visual communication and Deaf culture in a whole new way.

This incredible event was entirely planned and led by our students, creating a meaningful opportunity to educate, connect, and inspire.

On Saturday, January 24, Matthew Kreps and Brin Shi brought home two 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 and one 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, at the Coachella Valley KidWind (Elementary Division) Regional Challenge! Way to go, Mustangs! 🌬️✨
