The difficulties faced by struggling learners extend far beyond childhood and the classroom. Unresolved learning problems cost our community much in terms of unemployment, underemployment and, often, criminal activity.

Integrated Learning Institute (ILI) is a nonprofit organization that has been serving individuals with learning problems in the Coachella Valley since 1990. Unlike tutoring, the one-on-one educational therapy offered through ILI builds the ability to learn. The student becomes an independent learner.

Although this work is very successful it is out of reach financially for many of the families who need this help the most. ILI works hard to reduce the cost of the work by seeking alternative funding for our programs and providing financial assistance in scholarship form to as many families as possible.
