Ric Giumenta will be instructing a brand new continuing education class on Friday May 23, 2025 from 1:00-4:00 PM at the Giumenta School of Real Estate.

This course will help you complete the Florida REALTORS Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement.
You will earn 3 hours of continuing education credit and you will learn how to start contracting with Buyers.

The tuition is $25 per student including the printed material for the classroom session.
