Useless fact for the day---Do you know where the old saying Live your life like a wolf came from? Well wolves never eat carcasses and you'll never see a wolf performing in a circus. And unlike other animals wolves don't mate with their mothers or sisters. A wolf usually mates for life and the female does the same. In the event of a spouses death the remaining spouse mourns for no less than three months and can last up to a year. The wolf is called the righteous son because its the only animal that honors the parents. When wolves reach old age an can't keep up with the pack for hunting. The parents remain with the young in the den while the stronger younger wolves go hunt and bring them food. Awesome. We humans can learn a lot from wolves.
