We had a special visitor today. Thank you Sheriff Staly !!!

Today, Sheriff Rick Staly answered questions from student at the United Methodist Christian School of Palm Coast about what it’s like to be a sheriff. The students also showed the sheriff a sneak preview of their upcoming musical performance.

It was a great opportunity to meet the students and staff at one of Flagler County’s newest schools.

Last week, VPK-A was learning all about transportation! From cars and buses to trains, planes, and boats, we learned about all the different ways we can get from place to place! 🗺️

We made so many fun crafts, completed hands-on activities, and had so much fun learning along the way! Our little learners have been busy creating, exploring, and learning all week long! 💕🚦

Learning is always better outdoors! ☀️🌲 Ms. Frannie’s kindergarten class took our lessons outside today for a little hands-on review. We went on a shape hunt to spot geometry in nature, practiced our counting and ordinal numbers with items we found, and wrapped it up with some outdoor spelling and CVC word building! 📝🍃

🐢 We had a little visitor at UMCS this morning! ❤️

Somehow, this adorable little guy made his way inside our church! No worries—two of our kindergarteners, with a little help from Ms. Stacey, made sure he was safely returned to our pond. 🥰

Such a sweet little morning adventure! We hope he enjoyed his visit… and maybe he’ll stop by to say hello again soon! 🐢💚😊
