In total, 22 CGE classes beat this challenge, with an incredible 461 books being given to Diamondbacks through this initiative!!! 🎉

📚🎭 Mrs. Dunwoody’s class got creative for Idiom Day! Students brought their favorite idioms to life with some seriously clever costumes! 👏😂 Learning + creativity = a great day! 🧡💚

Mrs. Cimino’s fourth graders are putting on their detective hats! 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♂️ They’re digging into texts, looking for clues, and using evidence to determine whether an author’s purpose is to inform, persuade, or entertain. 📖🔎
Learning, thinking, and proving their ideas like true reading detectives!

Mrs. Marana’s kindergarten scientists were hard at work collaborating, creating, and thinking like real engineers! 🔬💡 Working together, they designed, built, and tested their noisemaker prototypes, carefully listening to the results and sharing ideas about what could be improved. After testing, they made changes and tried again—learning that scientists and engineers use testing, teamwork, and perseverance to make their ideas even better! 🎶🛠️✨
