🍼🍽️ Little Steps Toward Big Milestones!

Our Guppies are growing, learning, and gaining independence every day! 🐠💕 As we prepare our little ones for the transition to the Toddler classroom, mealtimes become an important opportunity to practice new skills.

Our infants are learning to pick up pieces of food, feed themselves, and use plates at the table. These everyday moments help build confidence and encourage independence as they reach exciting new milestones! 🥰

👩‍🍳🎃 Little Chefs in the Kitchen! 🥧

Our Manatees became little chefs as we explored our Community Helpers theme! The children had fun making their very own pumpkin pie in a cup, following each step to create a delicious fall treat. 🥄🍂

Playful Learning Connection: Our little chefs practiced following directions, building independence, strengthening fine motor skills, and exploring food preparation while learning how chefs help our community. 🧡

🩹👶 Little Caregivers at Work! 💕
Today, our little ones practiced caring for their baby dolls by gently peeling off bandages! 🩹

Our little caregivers loved helping their “babies” feel better while exploring the world of caring and nurturing.

Playful Learning Connection: This simple, hands-on activity strengthens fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and finger control while encouraging imaginative play, empathy, and nurturing skills.

Even the smallest hands can show the BIGGEST love! 🩷🧸

🚑Hospital Rescue Relay Race!

Our Jellyfish friends became little doctors, nurses, and paramedics as part of our Community Helpers theme! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ The children worked together in an exciting rescue relay, transporting their baby patients to our pretend hospital for care. 👶🩹

🌟 Playful Learning Connection: Through this fun, hands-on activity, our little helpers practiced teamwork, gross motor skills, coordination, following directions, and compassion for others. We’re learning that community helpers make a BIG difference every day! 🚑💙

🔤💡 Learning Our Names on the Light Table! 🌈

Our Lobsters had a bright idea today! 💡 The children explored colorful, translucent letters on the light table as they practiced recognizing, identifying, and spelling their names!

🌟 Playful Learning Connection: Through this hands-on activity, our little learners strengthened letter recognition, early literacy, visual discrimination, and fine motor skills while building confidence and independence.

Every letter is a step toward becoming a reader!

👩‍🍳 Our Little Stingray Bakers! 👨‍🍳

Today, the Stingrays celebrated Community Helpers Week by becoming little bakers! 🧑‍🍳 Our little chefs dressed up, worked together, and had a wonderful time making croissants with their friends.

✨ Learning Through Play: Our budding bakers practiced teamwork, followed directions, and strengthened their fine motor skills while exploring the fun of baking!

🎃🧡 Pumpkins, Triangles & Tiny Artists in Our Sea Turtles Class! 🍂

Today, our Sea Turtles explored the color orange and the shape triangle while creating their very own jack-o’-lanterns! 👀🎃 The children identified eyes and mouths as they glued paper pieces onto their pumpkins, getting creative while strengthening their little fingers and fine motor skills. ✂️🖍️
