Florida Chapter CMAA Our mission is to connect, educate, and elevate club management professionals across Florida.

We foster a collaborative community, champion professional growth, and provide resources to ensure excellence in private club leadership.
The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) is the largest professional association for club management professionals with 7,800 members. Our members contribute to the success of more than 2,600 country, golf, athletic, city, faculty, military, town, and yacht clubs. The Florida Chapter stands as the largest among the CMAA Chapters, boasting more than 1,000 members who represent over 350 private clubs across the state. Our Chapter has been honored with the Large Chapter of the Year award in 2015, 2019, and 2024. Our chapter comprises four unique regions throughout the state: Everglades, Gator, North/Sunshine, and Seminole.

Today, we celebrate the incredible professionals across the club industry who show up every day with talent, pride, care, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for others.

From our kitchens and clubhouses to our golf courses and grounds, from the front of the house to the many hands working behind the scenes, every role matters.

And to those working today while others enjoy the holiday, an extra measure of gratitude.
