It started in my kitchen and it took over my Entire House.

It’s in Fullsend mode and if you’ve been keeping up with clones crosses and jars tonight, the series comes to a conclusion we look at interactions, clamp connections, making new crosses seeing how our jars turned out we’ve been doing this as a community together for over a month. I’m in a weird place today.

I’ve spent years building companies, products, and systems from the ground up—completely bootstrapped, completely solo—and somehow that experience often makes me less employable instead of more.

Here’s what I’ve built:

VINDEX — a unified AI orchestration platform connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other models into a single system with shared tools, connectors, and workflows.

Allocera Intelligence — a deterministic cost reconciliation engine solving marketing attribution distortion across industries and ad budgets. Proven from a few hundred dollars in ad spend to over $1M.

SolFlowWholesale — an AI agent that automates wholesale real estate from deal discovery and grading to outreach, contract generation, and workflow management.

FullSend Organicks — a company I’ve built and operated for over 20 years, while maintaining one of the largest private mushroom culture libraries in the country.

No venture capital. No team. No co-founder. Just years of building.

AI hasn’t replaced me—it has multiplied what one person can accomplish.

What’s frustrating is that the market says it wants people who can solve problems, own outcomes, and adapt quickly. But when someone actually does all of those things, they’re often seen as “overqualified,” “too entrepreneurial,” or “not a fit.”

It’s a strange moment in history. The barriers to building have never been lower, yet many hiring processes still measure people by credentials instead of capability. Research has even found that former founders can face hiring disadvantages despite the very traits companies say they value.

I don’t have all the answers. I just know I’ll keep building.

To every bootstrapped founder, inventor, creator, and builder out there proving the stereotypes wrong—I see you.

We’re excited to host the very first gathering of the Palm Beach Psychedelic Society, and we’d love to have you join us.

Whether you’re simply curious, interested in the science, fascinated by the history, or have been learning about psychedelics for years, everyone is welcome. No experience or background knowledge is needed.

Before we meet, we’ll have a featured podcast episode to listen to. Then we’ll get together over a cup of tea, introduce ourselves, and have an open conversation about what stood out to us. The goal isn’t to debate or convince anyone—it’s to learn, ask questions, hear different perspectives, and build a thoughtful local community.
