Hello Moms and Dads, and thank you for your interest!

My name is Joanne Abrahams, Pre-K teacher and owner of Exceptional Pre-K LLC. I'm a mother of two, and I've been a professional early childhood educator since 2000.

As a mother and a Pre-K teacher, I appreciate the urgency, importance, and value of choosing the right Pre-K learning opportunity for our children's early education. This importance cannot be understated. Pre-K education sets the stage for all future academic successes, achievement potential, and ultimately, an overall positive experience in life.

When schools were shut down in March 2020 due to Covid-19, I decided to recreate my classroom setting at home and bring the private school experience into the homes of my students online. I was so relieved to find that my students could quickly settle in and adjust to this new learning environment.

It was not long before the parents and I began to realize an actual benefit! Pre-K learning online offers a much easier opportunity for children to concentrate. With minimal distractions, it became clear to me that a door has been opened to a real and significant learning advantage.

Every caring teacher truly enjoys the feeling of seeing their children learn and grow, and for me, teaching Pre-K online has been both exciting and gratifying.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to have been a part of children’s successes in cultivating a real love for learning. My teaching approach begins with getting to know each child, doing my best to earn their trust, and capturing interest with personalized care, attention, and encouragement. My classes are focused on teaching a key Pre-K curriculum with a careful understanding of each child’s abilities to bring out their maximum learning potential.

I take each child’s interest to heart, and my greatest pride and joy is sharing in the excitement of achievement with my students. My end goal for each student is to be fully prepared to enter kindergarten and grow and excel in the years to follow.
