Today is a bittersweet day for us at GLA & EFAC as we say “so long” to two people who have been so important to our school and clinic. Sabrina and Alex have done so much for our families, kiddos, and our program. We will never forget that! We wish them both the best of luck on their new adventure in North Carolina. Sending them faith, love, and pixie dust! 🧚

We’re Hiring!!!
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Palm Bay, FL

We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join our team serving children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This position is entirely clinic-based with no evening, weekend, or in-home hours required. Join our growing multi disciplinary team where all services are provided under one roof allowing for exceptional continuity of care and true interdisciplinary collaboration.

What Makes Us Different?

Our organization is uniquely integrated with:

✔️An ABA clinic providing all services in-house
✔️A private school designed specifically for neurodiverse learners
✔️JMS Therapy Services, offering Speech and Occupational Therapy on-site
✔️A collaborative team of BCBAs, educators, SLPs, OTs, and RBTs working together daily
✔️Our clinical model is rooted in assent-based, child-centered care.
We believe meaningful progress occurs when trust, rapport, and learner dignity are prioritized. Our team focuses on building authentic relationships, honoring learner communication, and creating positive learning experiences that support long-term success.

Unlike many ABA organizations, our BCBAs are supported by a strong administrative and clinical leadership team. Our Clinical Director manages scheduling and staffing coordination, while our administrative team handles authorization tracking, renewal monitoring, and insurance-related administrative support. This allows our BCBAs to spend their time where it matters most—providing quality clinical care, mentoring staff, collaborating with families, and supporting learner progress.

There is so much learning happening around this table! 💙 While building with pattern blocks, our students are strengthening fine motor skills, improving hand-eye coordination, developing visual-spatial awareness, practicing problem-solving, and learning to socialize and work alongside peers. Sometimes the biggest milestones are built one block at a time. ✨
