EMPTY YOUR BUCKET PLAN
Our ultimate goal with our clients is to get them to a place where they can enjoy the foods and experiences that they most cherish being able to maintain their ideal weight and low body fat percentages. We call this process “Metabolic Flexibility” The challenge with the majority of FAD Diets is that they are not sustainable. Our lifestyle plan has kept only the components t
hat are sustainable but more importantly we have made it extremely easy to follow. We don’t count macros, points, calories or rely on what most FAD Diets rely on “An Eternal and Painful Deficit”
1 Sustainable Nutrition:
RESET: Low - Carb, High Protein - Healthy Fats Protocol
REBOOT: Is a Carb Cycling Protocol
EXCEL: Is a Maintenance protocol where we balance macro nutrients and teach the 80/20 rule
2 SLOW-BURN CARDIO
The best method for burning fat at a higher percentage is a steady, consistent workout in Zone 2 (60–69% max heart rate), the fat burning zone. This zone uniquely targets fat because fat is a slow-burning fuel, so if you do a long and less-intense workout, your body will target a higher amount of fat cells than carbohydrates. These ranges can be monitored via a heart rate monitor suggested by your coach.
3 Three Cord Life Coaching Methodology
We operate out of a belief system that humans only do things when they have Clarity, Discipline, and Consistency in place. Clarity - Getting super clear on clients “WHY”
Discipline - Establishing powerful daily habits (Visual cues, intention setting, alarms etc)
Consistency - Our Coach Hyper- Accountability is on matched in the marketplace
Our 3 Cord Life Coaching methodology focuses 80% on the cognitive processes of relating in an anabolic way in regards to food and 20% on dynamics (Nutrition directives) During our clients time inside of our coaching program we are diligent to establish powerful habits around people, places and things that allow clients to make empowering life time lasting changes to food. We are not only looking to achieve a metric but more importantly we are looking to quench some of the addiction processes that come as a byproduct of dopamine secreting foods like high insulin yielding foods.
