These are states of being most people only touch once in a while:

Like at Christmas morning after the gifts are opened.
That quiet moment after a deep breath.
Watching a shooting star and forgetting everything else for a second.

But here’s what I’ve learned, both personally and through years of working with women:

And no — it’s not about pretending life isn’t hard.

Some people are navigating challenging illnesses.
Some are carrying financial pressure for an entire family.
Some are grieving losses no one else sees.

And they can absolutely pull you out of yourself.

But here’s the part most people never get taught:

You are a spiritual being navigating a physical world —
and your nervous system, subconscious mind, and inner environment determine how heavy or light life feels long before circumstances change.

When the inner environment is nurtured:

• clarity returns
• decisions feel cleaner
• money stops feeling like a threat

This is why genuinely wealthy people don’t feel poor during a financial dip.
This is why grounded leaders don’t panic when things shift.
This is why peace isn’t something you earn — it’s something you practice.

When you live from a lighter internal state, the outer world eventually follows (not because you forced it), but because you stopped fighting it.

Divine timing is real.

Our rational mind often tells us that efficiency looks like structure, planning, or productivity measured by time.
But true efficiency — the kind that’s quantumly orchestrated — is built into the act of following your highest excitement.

When you act on what feels genuinely alive for you in the moment, you enter coherence — your thoughts, emotions, and energy align. In quantum physics, coherence collapses possibilities into form faster. It’s why inspired action often yields results that “logically” shouldn’t happen so quickly.

Following your highest excitement isn’t about being impulsive — it’s about tuning to the frequency of your optimal timeline. It’s the signal that connects you to the organizing intelligence of the universe.

Take something as simple as that morning walk you feel called to take. As Americans approach the 4th of July, we to reflect on the incredible freedoms we enjoy in this country. Despite the divisiveness often highlighted in the media, we remember the profound privileges we have as American citizens.

In many parts of the world, freedoms we take for granted are luxuries others can only dream of. The ability to speak our minds, choose our professions, and live without fear of persecution are not universal rights. There are places where you can be killed for expressing beliefs that differ from those in power, and where justice is a distant hope rather than a reality.

Psychiatrist David R. Hawkins highlights in his groundbreaking book, Power vs. Force: "In this respect, the Declaration of Independence can provide a rewarding study. This document calibrates at about 700. If one goes through it sentence by sentence, the source of its power appears: it is the concept that all men are equal by virtue of the divinity of their creation, and human rights are intrinsic to human creation and therefore inalienable."

Hawkins' "Map of Consciousness" assigns numerical values to different levels of human consciousness and emotional states. The level 700 corresponds to the beginning of enlightenment, a state characterized by powerful, uplifting, and inherently positive energy. The Declaration of Independence resonates at this high level, reflecting ideals of truth, justice, and human dignity.

As a first-generation American whose parents emigrated here in the 80s, I deeply appreciate the safety and opportunities this country offers. Yes, there are challenges, and yes, there are aspects of our society that need improvement, but the foundation of freedom and opportunity remains.

Our ability to hold our government accountable through voting, to express our beliefs, and to strive for personal and professional success is unparalleled. These freedoms were hard-fought by those who came before us. The sacrifices made by the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776 were immense. Most of them lost their homes, their livelihoods, and even their lives because they believed so passionately in the ideals of freedom and self-governance.

To my fellow Americans, let's honor the sacrifices made for our freedoms and strive to uphold the values that make this nation unique. Let's celebrate not just with barbecues and fireworks, but with a renewed commitment to the principles that allow us to live freely and pursue our dreams.

The importance of strong muscles for good health and peak performance is undeniable. Regular muscle treatments enhance blood flow, ease joint and tendon tension, and boost circulation. As we age, muscle coordination and flexibility often decline, leading to reduced joint movement and potential mobility issues. Assisted stretching combats these problems by increasing flexibility and reducing muscle stress, thus enhancing performance and comfort.

As a former physician assistant, I used to administer treatments like analgesics and corticosteroid injections for pain relief. Now, I advocate for foam rolling as a holistic path to wellness, harnessing the body's own healing power. 🌿

When we apply moderate pressure with foam rolling, something remarkable happens. It enhances the neurological network between our muscle fibers and the brain. Fascial tissue, the gristly stuff that binds our muscles and bones, is packed with mechanoreceptors – ten times more than in the muscle tissue itself! This means it's the fascia, not just the muscles, that's crucial in communicating mobility to the brain. 🧠

Here's a little-known fact: our body, in an effort to save energy, will reduce the range of motion in areas we don't frequently use. So if you're not regularly stretching or moving certain parts of your body, the ligaments and tendons shorten as an energy-saving measure. The key to reversing this? Consistent movement. That's where foam rolling comes in, helping to maintain flexibility and potentially adding years to your life. ⏳
