𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬.
These are states of being most people only touch once in a while:
Like at Christmas morning after the gifts are opened.
That quiet moment after a deep breath.
Watching a shooting star and forgetting everything else for a second.
𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭.
𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
For most people, that state feels rare — like something that happens to them.
But here’s what I’ve learned, both personally and through years of working with women:
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦.
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.
And no — it’s not about pretending life isn’t hard.
Some people are navigating challenging illnesses.
Some are carrying financial pressure for an entire family.
Some are grieving losses no one else sees.
Those realities are real.
And they can absolutely pull you out of yourself.
But here’s the part most people never get taught:
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞.
You are a spiritual being navigating a physical world —
and your nervous system, subconscious mind, and inner environment determine how heavy or light life feels long before circumstances change.
This is why two people can face the same challenge —
and one collapses while the other stays grounded, creative, and calm.
It’s not because one has it easier.
It’s because one has learned 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲.
I don’t “force positivity.”
I don’t bypass grief.
I don’t deny reality.
What I do — for myself and for the women I work with — i𝒔 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒙𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒆.
When the inner environment is nurtured:
• clarity returns
• decisions feel cleaner
• money stops feeling like a threat
• the body relaxes
• life begins to coordinate instead of resist
This is why genuinely wealthy people don’t feel poor during a financial dip.
This is why grounded leaders don’t panic when things shift.
This is why peace isn’t something you earn — it’s something you practice.
When you live from a lighter internal state, the outer world eventually follows (not because you forced it), but because you stopped fighting it.
And yes…
Divine timing is real.
But frequency determines what arrives when it does.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is learning how to return 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲
to a state where your heart feels lighter than the story you’re carrying.
That’s where life changes quietly.
And permanently.
