* Played on the Westwood varsity basketball team, representing the Panthers with pride.
* Earned district honors in basketball, distinguishing himself among the district’s standout athletes.
* His varsity career and district recognition reflected his talent, dedication, and contributions to Westwood basketball.
* Graduated early in 1977 and enlisted in the United States Air Force, beginning a new chapter of service and opportunity.
* Pursued dentistry during his military schooling before transitioning to entrepreneurship.
* Earned numerous honors over 40 years, including recognition from D Magazine, the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, The Dallas Morning News, and CBS Radio.
* Received the 1992 Quest for Success Award, recognizing outstanding Black-owned businesses.
* Named 1996 African American Businessman of the Year, with the award presented by the late attorney Johnnie Cochran.
* Began his insurance career in 1999.
* Founded P.U.S.H. (Pray Until Something Happens) Ministries in 2006.
* Founded Community Mpact in 2009.
* Serves as an evangelist, sharing his faith and encouraging others.
* Established the Ernie Williams Allstate Insurance Agency in Arlington in 2011.
