We are a transitional living center for men coming out of prison, mainly men that have done 20+ yrs. and have attended our bible studies on the units.
We are a faith based 2yr. program to help them adjust to life on the outside as a Christian.

Finally got the crossties put down to 'hopefully' stop the water from running over the new French drain and getting into the house at court drive....we are expecting rain all next week...so we will see how well it works ! The house has had water get in six times already this year...we had to remove all the carpet and furniture from one side of the house...if this works we will put in the new carpet next. 🙋

Looks pretty good with the new heaters in place...now I have to get a few parts tomorrow to hook up the gas... I thank GOD for giving the wisdom to know how to do this without having to call a plumber $$$$

God spoke to me one day and told me that just as my boss goes to auctions and scrap yards and buys this old equipment that companies no longer feel that they have any value or are worth anything...Is exactly what I am doing in the prison and here at Redemption House...We take these mens lives that society has thrown away in the prisons and we bring new life into them thru the word of God and give them value again and show them that they are not what the world says they are...But they are a new creation and most precious in Gods sight. AMEN

Wow what a busy weekend....started friday with having to get our septic line rotor rootered..not an easy task on friday afternoon, then had to wait on our good brother John the AC guy to come out and change out one of our AC units, then took the wife on a get away ride sunday all day and of course being the man I did not put on any sunblock...now they are calling me Rudolf....Oh yeah dont want to forget Saturday night in the Powledge unit with Tommy and Latrice Thomas...I shared an awsome testimony of Gods goodness towards us here at Redemption House..got a break on Monday...tuesday(today) my former employer called me to tell me there probally wont be a company to come back to..I took a voluntary leave of absence.
