One of our earliest clients evolved from loving pig parents in the city to running a sanctuary on a piece of property in north Texas.

They’re running a fundraiser for tees AND an upcoming drag queen bingo event soon. Follow them below and reach out to them for ordering info!

HOGS & KISSES is having a Drag Queen Bingo Night!!!! More information to come. In honor of Pride month we are taking orders for our special Pride themed logo shirts. To order please pm us or comment on the link. Shirts will be $25 for small to xl and then an additional $1 per x on larger sizes. This is helping to raise money to feed and vet our animals in JUNE!

Hey TMPF fam! Long time no see, I know. 🫣 I am still around, peeking into groups every now and again helping pig parents. I’ve noticed there is still so much misinformation still floating around regarding hoof and skin care. There are also some questionable hoof trim and dental practices being implemented by trimmers that are cringe- and vet-bill-worthy.

Every so often I come into conversation with someone not in the pig community who doesn’t know much about our past. When asked if I miss it, I say parts of it. The parts I miss include the data collection and the techniques we formed and evolved. Most importantly how all of this developed to educate the larger community as a whole, meeting some awesome people and critters across the USA.

So my question is, if I were to begin hosting monthly webinars or zoom calls to educate and offer Q&A surrounding certain topics, is this something that would be of interest? And if so, is there a particular day and time of the week that would be best to pop in live?

Think about it over the weekend and get back to me. I’ll be at Faire of Champions in Palestine, TX this weekend and next weekend if you wanna tell me in oerson. 🤪

Over and Snout,
Kate 💚

Struggling to find a reliable trimming option since we stopped services? Reach out to Her Animals Hoof Care - "Mini" Pig Trimming.

They are the ONLY team personally trained by uncle John. They have immediate access to us for collaboration on unique cases and previous case studies.

Time and time again pig parents are still being scammed out of trip fees and “trimmers” causing more hoof issues than maintaining ideal hoof health. Leave the trash in 2024.

Can’t wait to see what 2025 holds for them…and my own project(s) for pig parents. 😘

Stay safe this holiday week!

With love,
Katelyn 💚🐽

Every quarter, and especially at the end of the year, we review where we were most successful and where we struggled to build routes.

Our attempt at covering more areas failed in:
Oklahoma
West Texas
Corpus Christi
NE Louisiana
Lufkin

Lufkin will remain as part of our coverage as we are closer now in our current location in Houston, than we were before.

Good news! Our most successful routes have been:
Houston (local)
Dallas
San Antonio
Southern Louisiana

The way to keep us in your area is by:
> Sharing our route posts to your local groups
> Engaging with our content
> Word of mouth
> Leaving a review
> Staying on a regular trim schedule

We are readjusting again to cover where we are needed most. I would love to establish other trimming teams in some of these areas by the end of 2025.

The red doesn't mean that we won't cover the area. It simply means we need a full route or a standalone fee to ensure our travel. The travel fee covers our lodging, gas, food, and miscellaneous expenses of traveling.

If you don't want to pay the travel fee, we can set up appointments in our area in Houston where you come to us and we trim "at our home"!

Sharing one of our previous clients’ stories. Molly is a breast cancer survivor! 🩷 Yes, pigs can get reproductive cancers too. This is why it’s so important to spay/neuter your pigs as soon as possible!

Over and snout,
Kate 💚
