Thank you to John Wisener for sharing a great lesson with our students. We are so grateful for the time, wisdom, and encouragement you shared with us today at Chapel.

Today in chapel, Mrs. Tammy taught our students about the Full Armor of God and how we can stand strong against the enemy when we put on God’s armor. 🛡️⚔️

Olivia helped us understand the lesson by being our brave little “soldier.” We also learned through a fun orange experiment! 🍊 An orange with its skin floated, while an orange without its skin sank.

Just like the orange’s skin provides protection, God’s armor protects us. When we put on the Full Armor of God, we can stand firm and withstand the enemy. Without that protection, we leave ourselves vulnerable to the things that seek to pull us away from God.

What a wonderful reminder for our CHA family that God’s Word equips us, protects us, and helps us stand strong!

Cody Harris visited Mrs. Taylor’s 6th grade class this morning. Mr. Harris shared about his role as a Texas State Representative, how a law is made, who inspired him the most growing up, and so more. The 6th graders will be given the opportunity to visit the State Capitol in Austin this school season.

It was a fabulous day in Ft. Worth for Mrs. Taylor’s 6th grade class. From touring the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to hanging out with dinosaurs at the Ft. Worth Museum of Science and History.

On the drive back home, they even got to experience a cotton field!

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him..."

Today for See You at the Pole, we gathered to lift our voices and our school up in prayer. In chapel recently, we've been diving into the life of Paul-learning what it truly means to be sold-out for Jesus.

Just like Paul, we are called to be unashamed, to live like Christ every single day, and to stand firm in our faith. As children of God, we aren't meant to hide our light; we are here to boldly proclaim Him as our Savior!

Crusaders Standing strong together at the pole. ❤️💙
