Founder and owner
She is a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Slow Pitch Softball Champion, Sprint triathlete, Registered Respiratory Therapist, married, and mother of a teenage daughter and adult son. The Athlete (Softball): She played for the love of the game, desired to outwork her opponents, disciplined, believed in class with excellence and practice made permanent, raised the bar high, knew perfection is not possible and learned from mistakes. Sprint Triathlete: Quite different from playing softball in her younger years, regaining confidence in my abilities, having to train differently because of age and other factors, and relying heavily on mental imagery, especially with open water swims. Teacher: She brought real-world experience into the classroom, utilized analogies to connect concepts, and won awards for innovative teaching excellence and credentialing success. Leadership: Beliefs in Visionary leadership, highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take risks; leadership is not about power; it is about continuing to move the mission forward. Guide high school female athletes through a process (VIPR), so they can continue to excel and make them aware of future opportunities. How did she think of this idea? A new life purpose-driven out of a painful time in her life brings a desire to make a more significant impact with younger female athletes and explore their future opportunities. More than one high school female athlete has come to her and discussed their current struggles with perfectionism, self-confidence and learning from mistakes. Often there is only one on-the-field coach and one counsellor to hundreds of students. She desires to supplement and come alongside the athlete for continued guidance in keeping them moving forward. A business owner who desires to make a more considerable impact on high school female athletes. Being a former collegiate athlete, current sprint triathlete and mother of a teenage girl, she can relate to many challenges and decisions that come with deciding your future. Each one of the positions mentioned has shown her leadership, pushing through challenges, perseverance, resilience, and growth through failure.
