CNSCS - Chicago Northwest Suburban Chinese School Pictures and Updates about the Chicago Northwest Suburban Chinese School (CNSCS). CNSCS is a member of Midwest Chinese Schools Association.

The school was established in 1981, as a parents co-op home school with a few students. As of today, we have 200 students, 16 classes ranging from toddlers to 10th grade. Since 1992, the school has been accredited by the Illinois State Board of Education as a foreign language school. School districts 113, 125, 211, 214 and 220 accept transfer foreign language credit from CNSCS. School students als

o participate Midwest area Speech Contest, Vocabulary Contest, Hi-Hwa sports activities (Basketball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Chinese Dance, martial arts, etc.) crafts, Chicago New Year Celebration Program, etc.

For the next TWO Sundays — August 23 & August 30 — CNSCS is offering FREE Adult Badminton and Ping Pong at Fremd High School!

Whether you’re already part of the CNSCS family, a new family joining us this year, or simply interested in meeting our community, come play, get some exercise, and make some new friends! 🤝

No experience necessary — all skill levels are welcome!

What a wonderful way to begin the **2026–2027 school year!** ❤️

This past Sunday, our classrooms and hallways came alive again as we welcomed our students, families, teachers, and volunteers back for the first day of school. It was wonderful to see familiar faces reconnecting, new families joining our community, and students beginning another year of learning, friendship, and growth. 🌱

Thank you to our teachers, staff, volunteers, and families for all the preparation and support that made our first day such a great start.

☀️🎉 What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the 2025–2026 school year! 🎉☀️

Our End-of-Year Picnic was filled with laughter, friendship, delicious food, and memorable moments shared by students, families, teachers, and volunteers. It was a joyful reminder of the strong community that makes CNSCS so special.

As we close another successful school year, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our students, parents, teachers, staff, volunteers, and supporters for making the 2025–2026 school year such a meaningful and rewarding one. ❤️

We are proud of all that our students have accomplished and grateful for the dedication and partnership of our entire community.
