The OSU Lake County Master Gardener Volunteers announce their next "Meet Us in the Garden" talk begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 1 at the Mentor Public Library Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
The topic is Attracting Birds: All birds need three things: food, shelter and water. The more you offer, the more attractive your yard will be and the more birds you will see. Learn easy ways to enhance your landscape to attract birds.
Q&A afterward. Brochures for these monthly talks through Nov. will be available this session at the library and local community centers.
