The Little Rangers discovered a cicada shell and then heard the cicadas buzzing high up in the tree! 🌳🪲 So naturally, they had to investigate. They began tapping the tree, creating vibrations while listening to the cicadas music.
We talked about how sound is made by vibrations and the Rangers decided they were giving the tree a little rhythm too go along with the cicadas song! 🎶😂

The Ohio Sales Tax Holiday is the perfect opportunity to stock up on classroom supplies while saving money!
Every year, I take this time to go through my childcare supplies and see what I'm running low on. From art supplies and books to learning materials, paper products, and classroom essentials this weekend helps me get ready for another amazing year with my little explorers! 🦁🦒🐘
I wanted to share this reminder with my fellow childcare providers, preschool teachers, daycare centers, and families so no one misses out on the savings.

🎈 Squishy Safari Stress Balls🎈
Today on the safari trail, our Little Explorers crafted their very own DIY squishy stress balls using balloons, funnels, and soft cotton balls! 🦁
Stuffing cotton balls through a narrow funnel required a ton of focus, hand eye coordination, and patience and the end result was a super satisfying sensory toy they could squeeze and play with all day!
