Practical Science of food and our bodies and the parallels to the land and sea. We investigate, interview, research and document through all forms of media. We share our findings and processes on the new MAUITUBE channel. We have brought together the best elements of other organizations, such as: Outward Bound, rotary club, boy/girl scouts, Future Farmers of America, 4H, the Presidents(health & fi
tness)challenge.org, Sherlock Holmes (tee hee) and the chamber of commerce (inspiring young entrepreneurs). Youth Rangers engage in our Health Challenges to reduce diabetes and weight through our Hot Yoga Studio at Pauwela Cannery and eating Microgreens daily from the FREE starter home kit they receive upon joining these challenges. The amazing results will be documented weekly, online, by them, of them, for all. Microgreens is our NEW Fast Food Revolution; the fastest growing, maximum nutrition on the planet. Our Youth Rangers are under a non-profit which receives donations to provide the yoga classes and microgreens. Each tri-mester we will also focus on an environmental concern, by either volunteering our time, or interviewing about waste or trees or more, uploading all online for all to learn from. Youth Health Rangers uncover what doesn't work, nutritionally, environmentally or for a healthy lifestyle, according to them, (scientifically) and reports on it. Youth Health Rangers learn new health strategies to reduce dis-ease and to increase their health, by doing it, and report on it.

Our mission as a non-profit for prevention of childhood obesity and diabetes, now a national epidemic, is to inspire and teach CRITICAL THINKING and LOGICAL REASONING to our youth and children, around what we put in our mouths every day; where it comes from, what’s in it, and how good is it for our bodies. We give them video cameras, train them to interview, asking fundamental questions about FOOD; the Science of Food and nutrition. They learn on their own, what matters and why and hopefully this engenders them to make better and healthier choices because they figured it out on their own, not just being told "it is good for you" without any healthy role models, creating little Sherlock Holmes' of the sustainable food world. An aspect of our 'Club' is also aligning with a local environmental project to learn about and to give assistance to; like Ocean Defenders or Surfriders Foundation or Hui Malama.
