What an incredible day at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas! 💜🎉
PumpLife CPR Plus had the honor of providing AHA Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED training for the GreEnergy Resources team—experts in large-scale battery energy storage. More than 80 team members successfully completed their training and are now better prepared to respond confidently during an emergency! ❤️‍🩹⚡️

What a great week of training for PumpLife CPR Plus!
Last week, we welcomed students into our Las Vegas classroom for hands-on CPR, AED, First Aid, and lifesaving skills training.

We also had the opportunity to provide a Spanish Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED class in our office as well!

The Salvation Army in Pahrump hosted our heartcode skill sessions for BLS and first aid cpr aed.

We’re grateful to every student who showed up ready to learn, practice, and become better prepared to respond during an emergency.

Every class means more trained hands—and potentially more lives saved—in our communities.

Thank you to The Salvation Army for welcoming us and helping make this training accessible to our Pahrump community!

Hey, friends and family! 💜

It’s Self-Care September 2026! I know I missed posting last year, and somehow we’re already in the second week of September—but better late than never, because your health is always worth showing up for!

To make up for my late start, I’m beginning with three important reminders:

Men, women, and children—remember to have your recommended checkups and lab work completed and reviewed. Write down your symptoms and concerns before your appointment.

You can even use ChatGPT to help organize questions or identify topics to discuss, but always let your healthcare provider determine which tests are appropriate for you.

Schedule your recommended screenings, including your colonoscopy if you’re due or experiencing concerning symptoms.

Please don’t continue putting off something that could protect—or even save—your life.💜💜

Remember to work, rest, reset, and love on yourself. You deserve the same care, patience, and attention you so freely give to everyone else.

That’s all I have for tonight! I hope everyone had a wonderful day and has an amazing week ahead.

There’s something special about seeing families and friends come together to learn lifesaving skills—not because their job requires it, but because they simply want to know what to do for the people they love. 🙌🏽
