🎒✨ The wait is over...it's the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! ✨🎒

The halls were filled with smiling faces, backpacks were packed with possibilities, and classrooms were buzzing with excitement. Today marked the beginning of a brand-new adventure filled with learning, laughter, friendships, and opportunities to grow in Christ.

At The Shepherd's School, we believe every new school year is a gift from God—a chance to discover new talents, build lasting relationships, and become all He has created us to be.

Here's to a year of academic excellence, Christ-centered learning, and unforgettable memories. We are so thankful to welcome both returning and new families to our Shepherd's School family!

Welcome Back

Our teachers have been busy all week preparing to welcome our students back! From general meetings and trainings to organizing classrooms and creating warm, welcoming spaces, our teachers have been working hard to make sure we are ready for a wonderful school year.

On Friday, we gathered with fellow educators from across the Glades for our annual Back-to-School Teacher Appreciation Breakfast. We were especially blessed to have our very own Mrs. Jones share a powerful word of encouragement as our guest speaker. ❤️

Afterward, we enjoyed a refreshing Cup of Joy to help kick off the school year on a great note! ☕️

This morning we were blessed to have every classroom prayed over by our Good Shepherd Church family. We cannot wait to see everyone Tuesday, and we hope you are just as excited as we are! This year is already off to a great start, and we are so excited to see how God moves in our school, in our classrooms, and in the lives of our students.

Last night, we celebrated a very special milestone as the Class of 2026 graduated from The Shepherd’s School!

From kindergarten classrooms to senior year memories, this group of outstanding young men and one wonderful young woman has grown before our eyes into leaders ready to step into their next chapter. While we will miss their laughter and presence in our hallways, we are excited to watch God guide each of them into futures filled with purpose and promise.

Congratulations, seniors! Your Shepherd’s School family is proud of you and will always be cheering you on.
