Last night I had the pleasure to see Rep Tsuji award my friends for increasing Ag jobs in Hawaii. Hopefully my ideas for low cost Ag Syngas. Hawaiian and Poverty Housing were not ignored by Sen. Gil Kahale or Rep Cliff Tsuji I am intentionally working hard to tell you that after 18 years of faux Aloha. This is ridiculous. I believe in Aloha which is empathic good will to do what is Pono . We are not ridiculed by race in the spirit of Aloha. We are by our State House Rep Hawaii District 4. Aloha is not having former CC 4 Councilperson disregard an opinion because you wingemed from the mainland. The CC 4 Waste of re-appropriating 2 million dollars to build a park but not build a clean breathing room was negligence due to ignorance. I also believe in solving problems after waiting years. However Puna hasn't had enough yet. We are have waited since 1989 to house Kaimu residents on land. They are all dead now. Malama the Maki . The project is a disgrace where local contractor got paid for infrastructure that never helped anyone We need a Task Force of honest young unjaded HPD, CPA's unjaded yet by State and County special interests. They will need a highly experienced off island FBI Agent with CPA knowledgeable in RICO. We need to be proactive. We want to cut Pre School and Charter Schools? The DOE is a disgrace. CSSS could have paid for this with 30 million leftover. 13 % of the population controls 70% of Education? Does anyone see a problem here? Their mission has been to keep the sheep stupid and divided
Sadly this has happen because Education is so pathetic and teachers are not drug tested. Good teachers quit or are forced out. To drive a trash truck
and to be a UNION Teamster you get drug tested. We have candidates who have lived here 2 years and think they know Puna. We have candidates that know Hawaiian History and think that makes them a good legislative choice. VOTERS NEED A PIT BULL/Wolf and will pick from Chihuahuas & Rats..
After Aug 9th you will see the Status Quo re established because WE HAVE ALWAYS DONE IT THIS WAY. Nature say change or perish. Become more intelligent and live in your environment. Your organization will be cause ignorance and anti Christianity to increase. My church is older and more corrupt increase. I was impressed with one candidate but she has the anger of her predecessor. So Pick a 2 year resident lawyer who has lived in Puna for 2 years. A few young candidates who are polar opposites. One w/o empirical experience and one with practical. I was saddened yester day to see the in you face you are ignorant of where you live routine. Apparently I misinterpreted her Aloha. The Col. like my self is the most qualified and has worked to help Hawaiian kids. We unfortunately would do an excellent job. I would prefer o work for a man like that than be elected.
While I am tactless and unorthodox I have many accomplishments. The proudest has been to eliminate two HGEA officials and have the Navy ask me back to NJROTC from Pensacola. Apparently I was the longest lasting Instructor for NJROTC Waiakea H.S. The Top Instructor of the PACRIM Summer Camp the year I was treated with criminal hostility and terminated illegally.
The Principal had to write a letter of Apology. The Sr. was ill in mind body and soul. I could have saved my job. In fact it was re-instated. I could have taken the low road. It would have required me to hurt her family the way she hurt mine. This is what a petty clerk would do.
I come from a much better pedigree of 14 centuries of warriors. Therefore I could never lower my family name to harming her family. Her husband is one of the finest men I know and his children are grown. She did me a favor and I changed more lives running a private school. I also could have turned in the HGEA official but the children would have been hurt worse. The student I helped was one of my favorites. A Strong Princess and who did what needed be done to convict a criminal predator. I have a resume. The only one who cares are the Government for certain jobs.

I spoke to two Elected Democrats and told them of my housing plans DHHL liked but were never approved. Kaimu still has literally no hoses. 20 years after the Kupuna were told they would not have to leave for long. I was amused my a two year resident who passed on any hard question. Explained she was arranging Sadly handling foreclose.. These could be confiscated homes and Section 8 Foreclosure net an attorney. Education teaches reading and comprehension. Teachers should take Drug Tests. The Jones Act needs revamping. We can create secure ports and employee more workers. Security and Inspection can be performed by Navy and Coast Guard Armed Patrol Boats. Placed in quarantined Inspection a trade zones. The comparison to Puerto Rico for security reasons made me think. Did no one realize Puerto Rico is as closed as Kau'ai'i. We are 2,500 miles is not a major threat. We make US ships but Insurance companies flag and register them in Panama. So the Union Answer is lets not give one inch. Hey if we don't need to create more jobs and lower prices.
We will just let the PRC lead the world. Not one jobs should be done by Americans. Japan has built war PRC ships. Australia is building some of ours. When a Union won't give in a lick you have Detroit. The Teamsters Houston HQ was built with Non Union Labor.
Toyota is move to Texas a right to work State and the UAW has deliver more than a 10.8 BILLION DOLLAR deficit. Bankrupting Detroit. I find it stunning that Unions no longer work in solidarity.
More stunning that the Unions lack trust of the Government. They don't trust each other. So vote for the nicest person who agrees with you and remember We Have Always don't it this way. Last or close to last in the Nation jobs, schools, and first in pliable Pols.
I don't expect everyone to accept the fact that I have thought my decisions through. The DOE admitted they have wasted over 100 million dollars. More than enough to cover the Pre school and Charter Schools fought by the HSTA Union Bosses.

My environmental experience is vast. In Hawaii I repatriated and sterilized the soil before re placing the Ali'i back in their graves, I had Amphibious tractors remove the mangrove and restored Mokapu Ponds to their original condition. The Eco System is now producing Wahoo that are three times the size of those previous. I ensured an old fueling system was dug up and all the soil sterilized by fire. The refueling area is now a concrete tub and drains spilled fuel into a fuel tank. In 2004 I went to Nanning China to show farers how to filter water from the Yong River. I also designed a off grid house of 573 sq.ft.' Which prisoners could build and locals could afford..
I took 48 employees off of the PGV factory when I did not have immediate access to my men. Recently I see where each man has a monitor. I was in charge of Safety at the PTA Range. This meant I measured uranium levels that were negligible. The explosives were being cleaned by an UXO team who were Superb. The next job was training the USAF to clean up a massive Mercury spill if it should occur. I also have shown our local recyclers how to recycle Mercury.
Prior to that it was just crushed and buried. Now it is re-used and not in our ground water. We do not need incineration there is a process I have spoken about since 2002. On the Mainland I have met with Carol King of music fame. She is best know as a cofounder of the White Cloud Council which lobbies Congress as new issues occur.
I have been to New Mexico with Pete McCloskey and Gov. Dave Cargo to exam the damage done buy Oil companies who were allowed by a former Secretary of Energy Gov. Bill Richardson. 65% of San Juaquin County N.M. has been drilled and left with pools of methane water. Tthis has destroyed wild life and Cattle Industry.
Sadly all that was necessary was 1K of fence per hole. These oil companies were not held accountable by a Governor who was in charge of the Dept. of Energy and knew this could happen. I aslo have work on removing invasive species and have a plan to take invasive species to create fuel. Ou island s should be able to create Hydrogen for buses and syngas for all mandatory vehicles such as Civil Defense, H, & HFD. This is possible and will remove a large amount from our landfills and invasive species will be worth gathering.
I am HAZWOPER and FEMA trained in environmental cleanup. I attend classes and maritime oil cleanup exercises regularly.
My work in the Ag Industry has removed all carcinogenic sprays from each nursery.. Sadly none of this is enough for some environmental organizations to be considered worthy of their consideration.

I am a Christian and I won't give up my belief in God for your vote. I also don't push my religion on any one. My daughter has chosen her own denomination I am a Conservationist and I wouldn't take money from two industries that pollute. After that I was informed I was not a team Player by the past Governor. I believe Teachers should come to class straight and not high. I believe teachers who truly have a vocation are underpaid and deserve a raise. I believe in the right to form a Union. I don't believe that the Unions in Hawaii work together well. When the Teachers needed a raise the HGEA and UPW were not in SOLIDARITY. Some Unions workers deserve better training and leadership.
I believe we can create fuel with little or no pollution through Pyrolysis. Tires turn into oil and carbon black. Both have a resale market. Strawberry Guava and Eucalyptus create methanol under pyrolysis, It is astound to me that Hydrogen has not been created by leftover electricity at PGV. County Buses need the fuel and the by product is distilled water. I believe in the right to bear arms.
and that the Sullivan Act which our State uses to prevent this amendment has been proven Unconstitutional in 26 states.

I have been working on circles an lights for Pahoa Govt. Road for
13 years. Jim Weatherford and I told the DOT essentially they didn't ask the right questions. That is when Puna was recognized as having 9 of the most dangerous intersections in Hawaii. I donated to create the Pahoa Medical Clinic but couldn't watch all the different groups trying to make it political or racial. I was in Who's Who Among America's Best teachers. I have supervised the restoration of Hawaiian graves and the restoration of Mokapu Ponds,. I came to Hawaii with enough respect to take Hawaiian Culture, Literature and Sociology. Pu'a and Ed Kanahele showed me a great deal of Aloha. Last between the Harbor Office and Reeds Bay year as I have for the last 7 years I was part of simulated oil spill cleanup. I have worked with the Clean Islands Council for 7 years.. I was a Marine for 20 years and was in charge of Training and Education and ensured my Marines went not just to High School graduates but College Graduates.
My proudest achievement was really my wifes work. Our daughter is a teacher and our grandchildren all have excellent school records. For the last 8 years I have run Memorial day and painted Kalakau'a Park.

Educate Prisoners and make them build portable Housing. They learn a skill and are less likely to return if they can feed themselves. Social promotion has created 20% of the population with a Diploma who are essentially illiterate. The answer is not more Prisons or a Cultural Prison . The answer is to return convicts restored and who feel like they paid their debt to society. I have trained around 75 and found dozens jobs. Just as I have trained hundreds of Filipina and Filipinos at a fair price to qualify them for work. I had an opponents worker lie about my statements at a meeting . I then identified my self. Then she got in my face and challenged me to do something for the community.
I didn't waste my time explaining how much I have given and endured to help the District.
