I am asked to explain my opinions within modern-day Feminism quite a lot, when people hear my work is in empowering women.

My heart breaks with frustration at times when what comes as common sense to me, is difficult for another to understand.

I try to reach back into time when I first unraveled my own understanding.

I point out that privilege is defined by not having to uncover these things in order for your life to make sense, and for you to feel safe and valued.

I try to find Divine Feminine methods of explanation. But at the end of the day, facts are still King.


I notice the parts in me that have been avoiding these inquiries. Dreading the moment when the conversation turn towards- so what do you do?

I notice the deep sense of contraction in my chest- a desire to exit the seeming interrogation as fast as possible before I get humiliated or hurt.


I start on common ground, by watering down the magic of my work- claiming myself as a life coach for women, and a writer.

…then sometimes I add- spiritual teacher.
…then perhaps- energy healer.
…then maybe- teaching the ancient ways of the Goddess and earth-reverence.

I don’t say Priestess.
I don’t say f*ucking goddess queen
I don’t say shamanic healer and psychopomp
I don’t say ceremonialist and magic-maker


What is energy healing? What do you actually do?

Hmm… I think to myself- I basically do hypnosis plus psychic surgery on people. I follow my imagination, and watch the show, intuitively guiding the healing as someone’s spirit communicates with the healing energy channeled into the space.

I follow your ancestors back in time, clearing trauma of persecutution and bringing through the healing energy forward in time into your own life today, and every ancestor in that line of patterning along the way.

… ummm
its kind of like a guided meditation, and you just relax- similar to an acupuncture session. Sometimes we do more of a dialogue with your spirit guides or ancestors, or inner child.

It helps you release past experiences that were difficult so you can move on and choose something new for your life.

Greetings! It’s a beautiful day to re-introduce myself, to those old and new.

I’m Shardai ☀️ Magdalena🏆Rose 🌹 Moon 🌙

Is this my ‘real’ name?? 😆 Yes!! here’s the scoop:

My now first name was the middle name my mother gave me at birth. (she really wanted a singer, so she named me after the infamous Sade. It worked!!)

My last name was adopted from the last name of a past partner’s mother during hand fasting. It felt important to reclaim these matrilineal lines, and today I carry it with me still as a gift from that chapter of life.

And the middle name was given by the Goddess upon request ;) I was studying anointing practices and had been initiated as a Rose Priestess. I asked for a middle name from the Goddess to represent my spiritual matriarch and legacy. Magdalene arrived.

So here I am! Priestess. Visionary. Healer. Teacher. Ceremonialist. Sacred Scribe.

I support women to re-educate and free themselves from the chains of inner oppression, detox from patriarchal traumatic stress, and come back home to their innate value and worth.

I offer Divine Feminine Spiritual Counsel and shamanic healing, along with courses and gatherings to support this process of Feminine empowerment.

I am currently traveling this whole year, having packed away my things in Hawaii into storage. Choosing to gift myself a healing adventure to rebirth myself out of my dark night of the soul from the past 3 years.

Sometimes in the most challenging points of our lives we need the most simplest of remedies.

Sacred witnessing has been one of those remedies for me, time and time again.

I remember my first experience of being ‘witnessed' in my spiritual journey.

I was living in a learning village at the time, and had never before had people around me who spoke so openly about self growth.

As I jumped into this cultural water, something changed.

I noticed a dramatic shift in what I was able to uncover about myself, and the depth of the lessons I was learning, when I was willing to trade its secrecy for the vulnerability of being deeply seen.

Everything started to shift and change in my world.

I started becoming more of who I truly was, though at the time I don't think I could have told you that was the experience I was having. I didn't quite have the words yet.

But the experience was palpable. Whenever I or someone else spoke up- showed themselves- in front of the loving eyes of our community, they would be deeply healed.

I knew that this type of witnessing was different than the every day seeing and hearing. It required a certain patience, acceptance of the other's ‘mess,’ and wise understanding of the gem within it all.

It was Sacred Witnessing of the soul.

And after many years of both receiving and learning the arts of deep listening and soul mirroring… it is now one of my most profound offerings to you.

I want to thank you all for witnessing me on my journey abroad.
