We have been training with partners, at a physical distance. It is challenging to be uke, and nage, without physical contact, yet I believe we may be able to feel a connection with our partner, sense the ki. We can really focus on our own body alignment and our alignment with our training partner.

Yesterday, one of the students in our kids class said, "When I practice like this, it feels like "The Force" in Star Wars! Exactly!
