FYI....Parents the flu is going round really bad, we will be checking temperatures upon arrival if your child has even the slightest fever they will not be able to attend daycare for 24 hours until fever no longer exists we have to monitor the safety of staff and all other children , Thanks

Dear Parents,
Due to the inclement weather of the hurricane we will be closed on Friday, September 30th 2022. Please note that we follow the school district, so therefore, due to Chesterfield County schools dismissing early on Thursday, September 29th 2022, we will also be monitoring the weather for our safety. This may mean we also could dismiss early here at Dixie Doodle's on Thursday as well! So please have arrangements for your child to be picked up just in case. We all want to get home safely! Good Afternoon Chesterfield County School District Families

Out of an abundance of caution, CCSD will operate on an Early Dismissal schedule for Thursday, September 29th; all schools will dismiss at 11:30 am.
On Friday, September 30th, CCSD schools will be closed. however, Friday will be used as an E-Learning Day.

In addition, beginning on Friday, all extra-curricular activities are canceled until further notice.

We thank you for your patience as we strive to keep the safety and welfare of our students and staff in mind.

Parents another note if your child is sent home from school being sick that also means they cannot attend daycare....if your child comes to daycare and has 2 diarrhea diapers they will be sent home fever ....24 hours before returning to daycare also diarrhea, sorry for the long posts but we are having a problem with this health and saftey is our concern for all thanks for understanding

Parents please understand if your child comes to daycare coughing and runny green snotty nose you will be called to pick them up, with so much sickness going around we have to do our best to protect not only your child but others also, so if your child is already feeling sick please be considerate of us and other children and keep them home, if they have the slightest fever they will be sent home....thanks Debbie
