Katie O’Neill coming home to workout from Centre College. Katie is an amazing athlete who attends Centre on scholarship to play soccer. We are working on speed and acceleration, so we have her workouts set for explosive force, core stability and control. We start with “A Strikes” to “A Marches” then we work on the fundamentals of sprinting before we hit the workout. Of course they wanted to run after the workout 🤣 She is another goal-driven athlete who also understands that offseason training makes the season great. Big shout out to these ladies: Destiny Thomas, Claire Johnson and Mikee Buchanan for coming back to their hometown to run a basketball camp for the youth. We are blessed to have been able to train you as athletes but to see you giving that gift back to the community means a lot more than you ladies think. Thank you for letting us be a part of this amazing experience.

Collegiate Testimonial from our very own Addison Hart. She works hard in-season and off-season. She has been with our program for years since she was in highschool and now in college and starting for a D1 program. She is not the only story we have like this. We have the best coaches/staff and sports programming in this area to continually achieve the successful results of athletes going to Division 1 programs and excelling beyond expectations. It’s hard work but that’s why we are here to guide you along the way to be prepared both physically and mentally.

Meet the strongest Box Squat athletes we have this year: Sophie Key a sophomore in Highschool with an outstanding 365lbs. Rage Henderson a freshman in Highschool with a whopping 640lbs. We play hard and train harder. There is a reason our athletes get these numbers, it’s the work they put into the offseason, both inside and outside of the gym. No matter where they are they understand that hard work pays off. Great job guys keep grinding💯

Ben Myers (University of Kentucky). I love seeing players come in town for their break. Athletes are starting to understand what it takes to get to that next level. The grind never sleeps, now players come back to town to workout on their break. Great seeing you in town my guy, keep sharing your story and continue to motivate others along the way.
