KDE has released guidance for 2020-2021 school year. I know many have questions. If you are an existing client of mine, I’m offering a free 30 minute consult in order to help answer questions about how your child’s IEP will be implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sitting through an IEP in this district yesterday listening to the resource teacher say she only gives an hour of interventions to the kids already two or three grade levels behind in reading, I could only think: Why, why are we letting any kid get that far behind? Why aren’t we looking upstream and helping them before they are drowning?
