We are located on the campus of West Kentucky Community and Technical College in the Emerging Technology Center. Workforce Solutions:

-Consults with companies to develop training plans for employees.

-Customizes courses to

meet specific training and education needs.

-Coordinates all aspects of the training including location, equipment, curriculum, materials and instructors.

-Maintains a level of excellence in all training programs.

-Assists in identifying any funding that may be available for training.

A great day with an incredible team! 🍽️💡

Our annual Workforce Solutions Planning Day at Sprocket was all about thinking big, collaborating, and dreaming about what's next.

Each team member developed and pitched a new idea they would love to see built or expanded on — something they are passionate about, willing to help lead, and that has the potential to make a real impact in our community while generating new opportunities for Workforce Solutions.

To make it even more fun, every pitch was paired with a themed snack board that helped tell the story behind the idea. It was amazing to see everyone's creativity shine—not only through their presentations but also through the thoughtful (and delicious) displays! 🍿🍪🥨🍓🍬

It is so exciting to have a team that encourages innovation, values every voice, and is always looking for new ways to serve our communities. Excited to see where these ideas take us! ✨

Communication is one of the most important performance skills in any organization. Every day, work moves through hundreds of communication moments: meetings, emails, handoffs, team discussions, supervisor conversations, and client interactions.

The quality of those moments shapes whether people understand expectations, make strong decisions, serve clients with confidence, and move work forward.

This practical, interactive workshop will help professionals:
