Happy closing day to my sellers of their long-time home at 4840 Jeffery Lane!

There were definitely some bumps in the road with this one, as two other homes had to close before this one could. Gotta love the “domino situation”. 😬 This is when teamwork between agents, lenders and closing agents is key. Closing Day happy dance 💃🏼 for my buyer at 237 Lake Pointe Drive!

This one took a minute…like a couple years! He knew what he wanted, and we looked at quite a few properties, but nothing was the right fit. As soon as this listing popped up I thought this might be the one. He had been paused for a while, but we scheduled a showing and it was the one!
