Back to the Basics Learning Center We tutor a variety of elementary, middle school, and high school subjects. Broad subject areas include grammar, literature, mathematics, and the sciences.

We also have individual and small group sessions designed to tutor homeschoolers with a complete grade level subject, such as Fundamentals of Math, Algebra I, Life Science, Physical Science, Biology, Grammar, American Literature, Geography, American History, etc. These sessions are designed for two one hour sessions per week for 8 - 12 weeks, depending on the subject. We can also tutor adults in various subjects, including college classes.

Back to the Basics Learning Center provides one-to-one tutoring sessions. We do not sit students in front of a computer and just expect them to learn.

We tutor children, teenagers, and adults at all grade levels. Starting this fall, we also offer Introduction to Music and Beginning Trumpet lessons.

We offer individualized tutoring sessions for a variety of elementary school, middle school, and high school subjects. Broad subject areas include grammar, literature, mathematics, and the sciences. Sessions can be taken as needed, or we have planned programs to cover an entire subject. We also tutor for ACT preparation.

We tutor homeschool students and we can discuss homeschooling best practices. We have individual and small group sessions designed to tutor homeschoolers with complete grade level subjects, such as Fundamentals of Math, Algebra, Life Science, Physical Science, Biology, Grammar, American Literature, Geography, and American History. These sessions are designed for two one-hour sessions per week for 8 - 12 weeks, depending on the subject.

We also tutor adults in various subjects, including college classes.

At Back to the Basics, we tutor children, teenagers, and adults at all grade levels.

Pictured are Homeschool students conducting several science experiments. The experiments included learning about eclipses, polymers, gases produced during fermentation, solar power, solar heat (including cooking eggs inside a car in the middle of summer), and gravity. They are currently constructing a self-contained biodome (rectangle) that will be sealed and contain plants and mice (more on that later).

We tutor public school students, private school students, and homeschool students. We also discuss homeschooling best practices.

We provide one-to-one tutoring. We do not just sit children in front of a computer and expect them to learn.
