Plaza Comunitaria Sinaloa Our mission is to empower community residents to overcome societal barriers through education and employment development.

Plaza Comunitaria Sinaloa empowers underserved adults in the North East San Fernando Valley with literacy, ESL, digital skills, and workforce readiness—opening paths to education, jobs, and stability. We provide outreach services and access to alternative educational systems for developing reading, writing, communication, critical thinking, emotional well-being, and information technology skills t

hat encourage upward mobility and entry into a new career path. We also support the community by providing a communal space for educational, recreational, and cultural events that serve the needs and interests of the local area.

Brindamos servicios de extensión y acceso a sistemas educativos alternativos para desarrollar habilidades de lectura, escritura, comunicación, pensamiento crítico, bienestar emocional y tecnología de la información que fomentan la movilidad ascendente y el ingreso a una nueva carrera profesional. También apoyamos a la comunidad proporcionando un espacio comunitario para eventos educativos, recreativos y culturales que sirven a las necesidades e intereses del área local.

Looking for great finds at affordable prices?

Join Plaza Comunitaria Sinaloa for our Community Mercado, where you’ll find clothing, household items, and other treasures while connecting with neighbors and supporting a local community organization.
