✨Teacher win today! ✨Three former students, Class of ‘24, who are now PUBLISHED AUTHORS, came back to share their book with our current 5th graders. In telling of the book and their process they mentioned they were inspired to write the book because of a song selection I chose during a previous Spring Sing Concert! They even stopped in after their presentation to say, “it all started because of you Mrs. Fong!”
What we do as educators matters. You never know what lesson, activity, or small interaction is going to be the spark that ignites passion, creativity, or drive in your students, but each moment matters whether you think their listening or not. Today I was happily reminded of that. 🥰
