Eclipse School

This week zoomed by! It was full of books, art, learning, and so much fun.

We continued our exploration of plants as we learned all about seeds. Through stories and hands-on investigation, we discovered that seeds come in all shapes and sizes. Our investigation table was filled with strawberries, cantaloupe, lemons, peppers, avocado, and more. It was messy in the best way.

We also planted basil seeds and lima beans, and we’re excited to watch them grow in the coming weeks. 🌱

ROBOTS headed home, and we’re so proud!

Check out this year’s highlight reel of our robot journey that included many steps including research and observation followed by drawing a plan. Then students built the robots with boxes and tape. Family and friends came and helped paper mache. Next came painting and decorating to add personality. Today we shared their stories with family and friends.

Watching our students turn ideas into creations never gets old. Their creativity, persistence, and imagination truly shined this year!
