As we enter the final days before the 2026–2027 school year begins, we just want to say THANK YOU!
We have been incredibly blessed with so many new inquiries and enrollments, and we are excited to welcome both returning families and new families to EPIC Prep Academy.
Our team is working hard behind the scenes to finalize everything in our CRM system and transition all of our campus communications to ClassDojo
If you have recently inquired about EPIC and have not yet been contacted by a member of our enrollment team, please know that we are working through every inquiry as quickly as possible. For our enrolled families, keep an eye on your email! We will be sending out invitations to join your individual campus ClassDojo very soon.
Over the next several days, your respective Center Manager will also be reaching out to schedule a personalized meet-and-greet between your family and your student's Academic Coach. Rather than hosting one large open house, we've chosen to provide each family with a more personal and meaningful experience as we begin the school year.

To ensure funding for next year, all PEP students (new & returning) must have a 2026-2027 Student Learning Plan submitted in their EMA by MAY 31, 2026!

This is a FIRM deadline; if your SLP is not completed by this date, you will NOT receive funding!

‼️When completing those Student Learning Plans, please make sure you select the 2026-2027 school year in the drop down box!‼️
