Motivational Monday: CONTROL 🥋

In martial arts, we teach our students that being strong isn’t just about how hard you can kick or punch. It’s about having the control to make good choices, stay focused, manage your emotions, and use your skills responsibly.

True strength starts with self-control 💪

And this is just the beginning! Every Monday, we’ll be sharing a new Motivational Monday message to help our students build confidence, discipline, character, and a stronger mindset both inside and outside the studio. 🥋🔥

⛈️ THE STORM WAS LOUD… BUT OUR LITTLE DRAGONS WERE LOUDER! 🥋🔥

It’s Intensity Week, and these Little Dragons brought ALL the energy! 💥 They were doing their form so strong, so focused, and so LOUD that they were practically drowning out the thunder outside! ⚡️

This is what intensity looks like — BIG voices, sharp technique, strong stances, and 100% effort!

Last Friday was a bittersweet day as we said goodbye to one of our incredible instructors as she begins a new adventure in Birmingham! ❤️

She has made such a positive impact on our students, families, and staff through her dedication, encouragement, and the energy she brings to every class. We are incredibly grateful for all the memories she has helped create and for the difference she has made here at Martial Arts America Pace.

Although we are excited to see what this next chapter holds for her, she will be deeply missed by our entire MAA family. Please join us in wishing her the very best in Birmingham—we know she is going to do amazing things!

A huge shoutout to all of our students who came in rocking the shirts they made at our Summer Bash! It’s awesome seeing everyone show off their creativity and Team Pace pride.

Every shirt is one of a kind—just like the amazing students wearing them! 👊🥋

What an incredible Team Pace Summer Bash 2026! 🎉🥋

A huge THANK YOU to every student, parent, family member, and instructor who came out and made this event so special. Seeing our studio filled with laughter, smiles, and our amazing martial arts community is what it’s all about.

From the dunk tank 💦 to the bounce house, board breaking, tie-dye shirts, awesome raffles, and so many unforgettable memories, the day was packed with fun from start to finish!

None of this would have been possible without our incredible staff and volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. Your hard work and dedication are what make Team Pace such a special place.

To all of our families—thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and being part of our martial arts family. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

Now it’s time to take all of this energy into an amazing fall season. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the mats, working hard, reaching new goals, and making even more memories together.
