📣 Attention Pea Ridge Car Rider Families 🚗

Our Pea Ridge staff has been working hard to ensure the morning car rider line moves as quickly and efficiently as possible for our Chiefs. With a significant increase in the number of car riders this school year, we truly appreciate your patience and partnership as we continue to fine-tune our arrival procedures.

Beginning Monday, August 24, please review the updated morning arrival procedures:

✅ 6:45 AM Arrival

Car riders will unload throughout the entire horseshoe beginning at 6:45 AM.
Students should exit the vehicle and proceed to the yellow line, entering the sidewalk at the nearest black X shown on the map.

✅ Unloading & Holding Zones

After the initial unloading of students, we will transition to the designated unloading zone and holding zone process shown on the map.
Students should continue exiting vehicles toward the yellow line and enter the sidewalk at the nearest black X.

✅ Help Us Keep the Line Moving

While you are in the holding zone, please make sure your child is ready to exit the vehicle once you reach the unloading zone.
This is a great time to ensure backpacks are ready, goodbyes are complete, and students are prepared to safely exit the vehicle when prompted.

Thank you for your support and cooperation. Working together helps us provide a safe, efficient arrival process and gets our Chiefs ready for a great day of learning!

📢 Volunteer Form Reminder – Action Needed by Monday! 📢

Hello, wonderful families!

We would love to have you volunteer at our school this year! To make that happen, all parents need to have an approved volunteer form on file before volunteering.

Important deadline: Please submit your volunteer form by Monday so it can be approved at the next board meeting.
Please note: If the form is not submitted by Monday, you will not be able to volunteer at our upcoming Book Fair (September 14-18) or other school events until the next approval cycle. 📚

Pea Ridge is excited to continue using Beanstack, a fun, gamified reading platform that helps students build strong reading habits while celebrating their progress along the way!

With Beanstack, students can:
📖 Log their reading and build daily reading streaks
🏅 Earn badges and celebrate achievements
🏆 Participate in reading challenges and climb the leaderboards
👫 Connect with friends and see what they’re reading

Families can access Beanstack through Rapid Identity on the web or download the Beanstack app on a mobile device.

Ready to join our crew? If you are interested in volunteering at Pea Ridge Elementary this school year, be sure to complete your volunteer application.

Applications must be renewed every year and board approved prior to volunteering.
