Mixon Intermediate School

Another addition to Mixon, and joining the OCS team, is Darryl Watts. He will be a new PE Coach at Mixon and will assist with coaching duties for the Carroll High football team. Welcome, Coach Watts!

A new face to Mixon Intermediate this fall will be Brali Rodriguez. She will be a teacher on our 3rd grade team. Ms. Rodriguez has recently returned to the Wiregrass and brings a variety of experience. Welcome to our team! 🖤❤️🦅❤️🖤

Last highlight for the night: Ms. Amanda Brocket, special education teacher, will be returning to OCS as a teacher at Mixon Intermediate! We are so excited for the knowledge she will bring to and for our students! Welcome home! 🖤❤️🦅❤️🖤

We cannot stop with all the good news! Ms. Chassity Mills, third grade teacher at Mixon, will be returning in August as our new reading coach! Ms. Mills will share her expertise, experience, and love for reading with our school! This is just another example of excellence within our building! Congratulations! 🖤❤️🦅❤️🖤

Another familiar face at Mixon has a new role! Please welcome our own Katie Hammock as the new Assistant Principal to Mixon Intermediate School. Ms. Hammock has spent several years as a special education teacher and we are excited to see her take on this new adventure! Congratulations! 🖤❤️🦅❤️🖤
