Last week, the Career Centers from Moorpark College, Oxnard College, and Ventura College took students on a Career Exploration Field Trip to SoFi Stadium!

Students got a behind the scenes look at one of the most advanced sports and entertainment venues in the world. They explored careers in operations, technology, event management, hospitality, and more.
A huge thank you to our students for joining us and making it such a great trip!

Thank you to SoFi Stadium and our district partners for helping create this career exploration opportunity.

This summer, our Career Center took students on a field trip to Bayer in Oxnard!
Our students had the chance to:
🔹 Hear from a panel of Bayer employees about their career and education journeys
🔹 Participate in speed mentoring with 15+ employees (including proud OC alumni!)
🔹 Enjoy a networking lunch provided by Bayer
🔹 Go behind the scenes on a guided tour of the facility
A huge thank you to Bayer for opening their doors to our students and planning such a great day, and to our Career Education department and EAC program for funding transportation.
This was such an inspiring day for our students to see career pathways in action and connect with professionals in the field.
