🏎️ GreenpowerTroup Callaway Middle School
Even with a few bumps along the way, our Cavalier Racing team is still all smiles! Today was full of fun, teamwork, and valuable lessons on and off the track. After our second race, we’re truly learning from our mistakes — and not making them twice!

There’s no doubt this team is headed in the right direction. Every race, every lap, and every challenge brings us one step closer to where we want to be. Proud of the effort, attitude, and determination from every single racer today. ❤️🖤

Troup County School System Greenpower teams are well represented today at the Choccolocco Park Green Prix in Oxford, AL. For the first time ever we have 9 teams here from our 3 middle schools. These 6 students from CMS Greenpower at Callaway Middle School, GNMS Racing at Gardner Newman Middle School, & Cougar Strong Racing from Long Cane Middle School are only a few of them, but they got together for a photo. We are proud of all 3 programs! 🏁

I stopped by Callaway Middle School today to meet with CMS Greenpower & they are putting the finishing touches on all 3 of their F24s (one of them was inside the classroom) in preparation for Friday’s Choccolocco Park Green Prix in Oxford, AL. I dropped off 4 new sets of battery cables, and we were also able to repair the threads on two of their steering wheel hubs, saving them $146 by not having to replace them. CMS Greenpower has never ran 3 F24s at a race event so this Friday will be a significant event in the evolution of their program. Great job Cavs! 🏁 Troup County School System
